Join STEM Initiative for Girls's After School Program Today!

​Jan 2024 - 17 out of the 20 girls that graduated from the STEM program in 2022 are now in colleges of higher institution

​

Jan 2023 - A new set of twenty girls were admitted to the STEM Initiative Math program in each of the two-member schools. A total of 40 new girls in the program.

​

June 2022 – The first set of students in the STEM Initiative program graduated from Abeokuta Girls Grammar School

​

February 2021 - Classes started at a new member school, Ijemo Titun High School

​

May 2020 - Virtual classes started for Senior STEM students

​

February 2020 - Formal launching of STEM Initiative for Girls.

​

January 2020 - A new set of 20 students were accepted into the Junior school Math program.

​

September 2019 - The fist set of Senior school STEM Math program started.

​

July 2019 - The first set of 20 students on the STEM Math program graduated from Junior School; with 12 of the students scoring A's and the last 8 with credit scores.

​

August 2018 - Girls on the STEM Initiative program went on a field trip to Ogun Osun River Basin Development Authority.

June 2018 - Website went live

October 2017 – Classes started for the 2018/2019 school year. The girls were presented with their new textbooks, note books, and pencil cases full supplies.
